That isn't how the law works, Roxanne. You see, here in America, we have a little thing known as freedom of speech. You see, when someone wants to talk about or write about the vile things another person has done to them , they can.
On the other hand, slanderous speech, such as that which you are accustomed to make against myself and other carriage drivers, is NOT protected under the First Amendment. So, say whatever you like about me personally. Call me "fat", "ugly", so on and so forth. It only shows how insecure you are about your own shortcomings.
Heres yet another way I am going to excercise my freedom of speech.
Below you will find a link to a video that shows Roxie calling children in carriages a**holes on Christmas Day. You will also see a mother telling the WPIX channel 11 news reporter that she made her little girl cry. Nice, Roxanne.

With a little baby, its hard to write the blog. But, I promise Ill update it with more posts soon. A LOT has happened in the last few months since the hearing... A LOT. But, we are still hanging in there. We are remaining strong and committed to defeating the lying hypocrites who harass us daily. We will NEVER give up. Our horses depend on us; other peoples horses depend on us! If we let them take us down, who's next? Race horses, jumping horses, show horses, the common back yard horse?! They will never defeat us!

WOW! Its been a long while since my last post. Its been a very busy 6 months. I had a beautiful baby boy in April. Hes happy and healthy.
Roxanne, this is for you!!!! HES HAPPY AND HEALTHY. Unlike you!
You see...Roxanne Delgado, one of the sad freaks who have decided to devote their entire lives to putting our beautiful horses out of business, decided that it was a good idea to write me a note explaining how she "hopes my child is dead or deformed". I had the email screen shot for posterity, and also to prove that what I'm saying is not a lie.
If any of my readers were on the fence about the personality disorders these ara whack jobs have...well, here's more proof.
These ara's are sick, twisted, lonely folks who wish nothing but harm on others. Like I said before; It is NOT about the horses. It is about the drivers and their intense hatred for us. They don't like that each and every time they speak out against us, we make them look like fools.
Roxanne isn't the only one to wish harm upon my then unborn child. Elizabeth Forel had a few things to say to me at the hearing in January. But, alas, that nut was thrown out of the hearing by the Sergeant at arms for verbally assaulting me as a walked by after my testimony.
So, I know you ghoulish freaks are reading this. I just had to speak my peace about how you have spilled your hatred onto a little, tiny, innocent being. And you people like to say you are "compassionate". Right!
